APPOINTMENTS & ARRIVALS

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10-15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service time or reschedule your appointment to accommodate the next client.

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Frequent no-shows may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.
REFUNDS & SERVICE GUARANTEE

No Cash Refunds: We do not offer refunds on services provided. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied.

The Fix Policy: If you are dissatisfied with your nails (chipping, lifting, or shape), please contact us within [3-5] days of your original service. We will happily fix them free of charge. Repairs after this period will be charged at regular prices.

Note: This guarantee does not cover breaking or lifting caused by your own lack of care (e.g., heavy lifting, picking).
HEALTH & SAFETY

Right to Refuse Service: For your safety and ours, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with open wounds, fungal infections, or contagious diseases. We strictly follow State Board sanitation regulations.

We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is rude or disrespectful to our staff.
CHILDREN & GUESTS

For safety reasons and to maintain a relaxing atmosphere, children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Please do not bring additional guests (friends, family, pets) who are not receiving services, as our seating is limited. Service animals are welcome.
PERSONAL PROPERTY

We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal items. Please keep your belongings with you at all times.

Please be careful with your clothes. We are not responsible for damage caused by nail polish or chemicals.
